COVERA

Call forty people. Know who said yes in ninety seconds.

Every line opens at once, each person answers yes or no, and you get a shortlist. For anyone filling a slot right now, one number at a time.

One month on your real callouts, free. You keep the call records either way.

Waiting to dispatch

A replica of the real console playing a recorded dispatch. Invented names, masked numbers, nobody's phone rings.

Who it's for

Any list you already have permission to call.

Built for security scheduling. The same ninety seconds applies anywhere a slot gets filled from a roster.

Staffing & temp agencies Home & residential care Per-diem clinical pools Security operations Trades & field service Logistics & drivers Events & venue crews Cleaning & facilities Property management Volunteer callout lists

Not a cold-calling tool. Covera dials people who are on your roster and have agreed to be called — see Consent.

Pipeline

Four stages. You touch two.

01

Define

Site, window, role, headcount, group.

operator · ~20s
02

Dispatch

Consent and quiet hours checked per person, then every line opens at once. DTMF 1 = yes, 2 = no.

automatic · all lines parallel
03

Resolve

No answer falls through to SMS on the same thread. Board state is server-side, so it survives a closed tab.

automatic · closes on quota
04

Confirm

Shortlist in response order, emailed. You make the confirming call.

operator · ~30s
Channels
Voice (DTMF) → SMS fallback
Concurrency
Whole group simultaneously
Board state
Server-side; reconnect-safe
Escalation
Widens to backup group on timeout
Timezone
Per site, not per operator
Record
Every call and refusal, audited

Controls

What decides whether anyone picks up.

Quiet hours
Per person, their own timezone. Overridable; the override is named.
Escalation
Backup group joins the same dispatch at your timeout.
Recurring
Standing slots fire in the site's timezone, not the operator's.
Release
A confirmed person texts back; the slot reopens with replacements resolved.
Reliability
Answer, confirm and release rates per person. Survives a number change.
Coverage link
One site, no login, revocable, no phone numbers on it.

Under the hood

What it's actually made of.

Voice
Twilio programmable voice, DTMF capture. 1 confirms, 2 declines.
Fallback
No answer drops to SMS on the same thread; replies route back to the dispatch.
Isolation
Row-level security in SQL. Every query carries its tenant; there is no path that doesn't.
Opt-out
STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT — enforced before a line opens, voice included.
Audit
Every dispatch, call, refusal and override written with its reason.
State
The board reads from the server, so closing the tab loses nothing.

Pricing

Per person on your list, billed monthly.

Custom

Talk to us

Priced on whichever fits your business — people reachable, or calls placed.

  • Per-call pricing for a large, rarely-called list
  • Per-person for a small list called constantly
  • Annual terms and invoicing
  • Anything the three above get wrong

Calls and texts passed through at cost. If per-person is the wrong unit for you — a thousand names you call twice a year, or forty you call nightly — the Custom tier prices on calls instead. A month of pilot on your real callouts is free either way, and you keep the call records.

Run it on one list for a month.

How many people, and how often you're filling something in a hurry. If it isn't the right fit we'll say so.
